Calorie App is a calorie and macro tracking application that helps users manage their nutrition, log food and workouts, and track weight progress. The app includes a "caloric banking" feature that distributes weekly calorie budgets across days.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated means to access the app (bots, scrapers, etc.)

5. Health Disclaimer

The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Calorie targets, macro calculations, and all nutritional information are estimates provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nutritional data for foods is sourced from third-party databases (FatSecret) and may not be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for verifying nutritional information for any dietary restrictions or medical conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, and content, is owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Availability and Changes

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.
• We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.
